Can you make/assemble suits?

We can indeed. Please visit our costume page for assembly/sewing prices.

 

What is the production time?

Each item is now handmade before stock is added to the website, depending on what product you have ordered. The wait times for each product is outlined in the item description.

 

You will receive an automated e-mail with your personal tracking notification once your order is shipped, so please avoid emailing us for progress updates with in this time frame, your patience is appreciated.

 

 

I've ordered my item, how much longer will it be until it is shipped?

Your item will be packaged and dispatched with in 5 working days after your payment has cleared.

 *Please note, that credit and debit card payments can take up to 7 working days to process. Paypal payments are processed immediately. 

 

Are there different Shell sizes?

We currently offer two shell sizes: standard (up to 24inch), and small (up to 22inch). We recommend the standard sized shell for adult cosplayers and the small sized shell for younger, or particularly petite cosplayers.

 

Extra foam strips are supplied with every shell ordered, to ensure the perfect fit for you.

 

How strong are the magnets?

Very strong! We have sourced quality, high-grade neodymium magnets with a minimum pull of 1.2kg for all OracleMadeUK products.

 

Why do the prices seem to fluctuate on a daily basis?

If you are not purchasing in GBP, our prices may appear to fluctuate due to currency conversion.

All prices are set in Great British Pounds (GBP). Exchange rates vary day to day.

 

I have received the wrong item.

Whoops! Sometimes, mistakes are made; in the event of the wrong item being sent out, please get in touch by replying to your order confirmation email, to ensure your query is treated as a priority. If you cannot find your confirmation email, try searching for ‘OracleMadeUK’ in your inbox. Then, post the item back to us, and email the tracking number. Refunds on postage costs will only be issued on items that have been tracked and signed for. We can only refund the cost of postage to you when we receive the item in it’s original condition (undamaged and unused).

 

Do you do Shells/Lenses/Frames in other colours?

Yes! Please just add a note to your order requesting the colour change. If you have a reference picture, please link it in your purchase note. 

 

*Note, changing colour can add a longer wait time for your item to be dispatched.

  

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Please provide us with as much detail as possible and photo/picture references if possible via email to info@oraclemade.uk.

We ship to every country, worldwide!

 

What materials are OracleMadeUK products made from?

The manufacturing process at OracleMadeUK is a closely guarded secret! All materials used are of the highest grade to ensure a quality finish every time.

Can I visit your work shop?

No. Unfortunately we are not insured to have members of the public on the premises.

 

Which means of contact is the best way of reaching out?

Email your enquiry to info@oraclemade.uk along with your order number but please be aware that due to the high volume of messages we receive, any questions that can be found on the FAQs may not be replied to.

 

Can you offer a discount for multiple orders or returning customers?

We have forgone shipping costs to allow everyone to get a good deal already.

 

When will you be holding a sale?

We are yet to hold a shop wide sale however, when there is something to offer it will be advertised on social media. We also have a competition or giveaway for every 1,000 Instagram 'likes' so get sharing.

 

How will my item be packaged?

All items are securely wrapped and packaged with care in a box clearly labelled fragile and with tracking supplied. 

 

Returns, refunds and exchanges.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds however we will exchange in the event of a faulty or incorrect product being sent out.

This is because all OracleMade items are made to order and all sales are final.
